We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Access Restrictions:
Our services are limited to India.
2. Products & Orders
Product Descriptions:
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free. Colors and other details may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
Pricing & Payment:
Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Rupay and UPI as the mode of payments. All prices are in INR (Indian Rupee). Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Order Cancellation:
Order must be cancelled before it getting dispatched for 100% refund. If order is cancelled after it is dispatched, cancellation charge equivalent to the shipping rate levied by our partner shipping/courier service, shall be deducted from the refund amount.
Product Availability:
Product availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Options
We offer by land and by air type of shipping. For identifying best shipping options, we use ShipRocket aggregator service. We may offer ‘fastest’ and/or ‘cheapest’ as two shipping options depending upon the availavility in the serviceable areas. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Time
After we receive the order, it is fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 days. Once the order is shipped, we expect it to get delivered in 3-4 days. The delivery time may vary depending upon the delivery location.
3. Delivery Issues
Damaged during handling/shipping:
At Rangamay, we strive to maintain the high standards in terms of the quality of the products sold on our website rangamay.com. Hence every product is thoroughly quality checked before packing the order.
However, we understand the mishaps that may happen while shipping it to customer’s address.
If the order is damaged during shipping, customers can choose to claim the refund and keep the products.
Alternatively, customers can opt for replacement of the damaged items with the new items. Shipping and return charges on us.
In both replacement or refund cases, customers must submit a video recording of a received order prior to opening/unboxing in order to claim the replacement/refund over the damaged products.
Delayed Shipments:
For some unforeseen reason, if the order is delayed, please connect with us here. We will try to communicate with the concerned delivery partner and get back to you with updates.
You can choose to wait for the order to arrive. We appreciate your patience!
In case you want to cancel the order, make sure to choose the reason for cancellation as ‘order delayed beyond the delivery date’ on the orders page and the total order amount will be refunded to the payment source in 3-4 working days.
Returns, Replacements & Refund
1. Return Policy
We don’t accept returns of successfully fulfilled undamaged deliveries.
